I'd like to make a request, please, for a BCC field to be added for each template. So that when a particular template is selected for use, the BCC field is populated, just like the Subject is.
In fact, it would be great to be able to select whether the field is CC/BCC or even to have a field to input both.

just to add to this:
the reason for this request is that we have a form that a client fills requesting an RMA # (to return a product) which we respond with using a QT template containing the (custom per client) RMA #. We have to notify another department that a return is coming from client, and thus have to manually add BCC to the other department with EACH rma # request.
If there was a CC and/or a BCC field we could associate with a QT template, the whole process would be automated. Saving time.
I hope you understand what I'm trying to explain. :)

That is possible in the Pro version. But there is no gui for it. So you need to manually edit the templates.xml file |
