| Our office has several email accounts for distinct topics, plus one general account. The person who is answering the general account's email queries may need to respond with a template message kept in the template file for one of the specific email accounts. So the General email profile should automatically load each of those templates. |
Not sure if I understand what you mean.
Are we talking about sharing templates between several computers? http://extensions.hesslow.se/text/4/Sharing+Templates/
In the Pro version there is support for importing more then one file at startup. |
