| What needs to happen so that the user backs up the Groups and Templates ? |
1. you can back up your thunderbird profile (Quicktext stores the templates.xml file in your profile)
2. you can export the templates.xml file > Write (compose an email) > Tools > Quicktext (pro) > File > Export > Templates |
